My undergrad and residency was at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. I’ve had my medical license in the state of Florida since 2003. I am a member of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons and also a member of the American College of Surgeons.

Revisional Surgery
Bariatric revisional surgery is performed most commonly for the correction of weight regain, inadequate weight loss or conversion from a previous surgery to a more effective one.
Intestinal Surgery
Most commonly diverticulitis, colonic polyps, and cancer. Standard intestinal surgery involves removal by laparoscopic means.
Gastric Sleeve
Permanently removing a large portion of your stomach. As the capacity of your stomach is vastly reduced, it can only hold a small portion of food. You will feel full after eating much less food and be less hungry between meals.
Hernia Procedures
The surgeon makes several small incisions in the abdomen that allow surgical tools into the openings to repair the hernia.
